Happy Saturday! I am excited to be doing another weekly wrap up! Here are some of the fun things that I found from around the web this week!
Random Facts
1. This week I learned just how big a pumpkin can get! According to fascinate.com, “Ron Wallace holds the world record for the largest pumpkin ever grown: a 1,502 pound behemoth he grew in 2006.” Can you imagine carving that thing!
2. This week I bought the cutest miniature vintage paper mache Halloween Jack O’Lantern and it came with the original paper cup insert. I love how small and cute it is. You can see what he looks like here. Can you believe that this was used to hold nuts or candy? Can you imagine only eating this many nuts at once? I can not.
3. This week I have a very simple cleaning tip for you! I don’t think I have ever shared this before but did you know that sometimes I boil the old linens that I find to get them clean? I only do this with plain white linens (ex. white tablecloths, napkins, etc). I got this cleaning tip (and other tips too) from this site and it does work!
4. This week on the blog I shared all about my experience using wood hardener for the first time and I showed you my new Salesman Sample and I launched my new series, Double Duty Decor!
Now Let’s Scroll the Web:
Who is hungry? This Fall Gazing Board has my mouth watering! Everything looks so yummy and beautiful. Check out all the details on how to create this spread here!
These vintage treat bags are so darn cute and I am in love with how darling they are! Check out the ‘how-to’ here!
This is one of my absolute favorite fall home tours this year. From the pumpkins to the gourds, this home has me drooling. See the rest of this home here.
