If you love Christmas music then you will enjoy this holiday music roundup, “A Folky Christmas Music Playlist!” It is filled with songs that are sure to put you into the Christmas spirit!
Our home has always been filled with music – of all kinds! From the electric and acoustic guitar to the drums to the fiddle, I have made sure to surround our little family with as much music as possible – both live and recorded! I think it is safe to say that music fills our hearts and our home everyday!
While I love listening to (and playing) live music at concerts best, I have found great pleasure in listening to some of my all time favorite songs online. I share a lot of my favorite songs with you all on instagram stories (you can follow me here), and I am always getting asked to share the titles of the music that I use. So, I recently decided to organize some of my favorite tunes with you all here on the blog! I am using Spotify and you can follow my profile here. It is an easy way to keep it all organized!
There is NO better time of year than now to begin sharing my favorite music with you all. The holidays are filled with so many amazing songs of all genres. Form classical to christian to contemporary, there are so many types of music that I am drawn to. And, luckily it seems that Christmas music is covered across them all! With this in mind, I am so excited to be sharing my most recent playlist “creation,” A Folky Christmas Music Playlist. This little playlist is filled with over 50 songs and 3 hours of some really great folk Christmas music.
There are two easy ways that you can access the playlist. You can click here to listen to it directly within Spotify or you can listen to A Folky Christmas Music Playlist below.

If you enjoyed this playlist then you may also enjoy a few others that I have put together recently:
A Very Vintage Christmas Playlist: This is filled with all of your favorite classic songs! All in one easy to find spot!
A Classical Christmas Music Playlist: This list is packed with all of your favorite instrumental and choral favorites. This playlist is special to me because, as a former violinist, I remember playing so many of these songs during my younger years in the symphony. *Also – there is also a bonus playlist at the bottom of this post, I feel like it is the perfect playlist for all the special kiddos in your life!
As you can tell, I do love music! It has always been a big part of who I am. My hope is that these playlists will fill you with the joy that comes with this season. It can indeed get busy and hectic this time of year so I want to remind you that if you feel the stress setting in , just remember to throw on some music! I promise it will help!
Merry Christmas to each of you.
