You guys …. come see the haul from my latest picking adventure. I am sharing my top 5 favorite estate sale finds and I know you are going to love them too!
I love to get down and dirty – when it comes to finding new estate sale finds for my home and vintage shop. This week I went to a pretty good estate sale and there I was able to find quite a few things that I was happy with. Below I am sharing 5 of my favorites!
Holiday Pipe Mixture
This is one of my favorite pieces because I love to use old seasonal pieces around my home for the holidays! This Holiday tin is a great way to do that! You can shop for a Holiday Tin as well by tapping the arrow to see more options and by clicking the picture!
Antiques Sign
This is probably obvious, but I do really love this authentic Antiques Sign that I snagged. The man I purchased it from said that he got it from Rhode Island – I love that! I plan to make this sign a focal point at my next outdoor market. You can see photos and read all about the last spring market that I had here. I love old signs. While I am particular about the subject matter, I really am happy when I can find one that I love! You can browse a few old signs as well by tapping the arrow to see more options and by clicking the picture.
- I will say, there are some really good reproduction signs out there. While I will always prefer the real thing, reproductions, when done right, can have a super good look. For example, this Cabin Sign is marked ’04 on the back and is indeed a reproduction. But, I felt that the subject matter and the caliber in which it was done, made it a no brainer for me. You can see mire reproduction signs here.
Brass Turtle
I don’t know about you, but recently ‘brass’ has gotten to be so collectable here in my area. I have always been drawn to brass but I really have always loved the little animals the best! I bet some of you do too! So, when I found this little brass turtle, I was super excited. It is a trinket box too – so it’s functional AND cute! You can browse some really cute brass animals by tapping the arrows to see more options and by clicking the picture!
Stoneware
If you know anything about me (especially if you look ay my IG page) you can tell that I really do like my old stoneware items. I was lucky enough to add a few more pieces this week! I want to focus too on the small stoneware items that I picked up. While I am actively looking to find more larger pieces (you can see a few other things I am hunting for in 2021 here), I really have been feeling pulled towards the tiny pieces. Think stoneware ink wells and such! I love it all! These two small pieces are going to be happy here at home with me! You can shop for you own small stoneware pieces as well by tapping the arrow to see more options and by clicking the picture!
Edgeworth Tobacco Tin
Just like the Holiday Tin above, I am in LOVE with this ‘instant collection” of Edgeworth Tobacco tins. They will be the perfect pop of blue come time to decorate for summer! I will use them as risers and will also prop them up omn their side so that I can display their lids which have such a great script! You can shop for you own Edgeworth Tobacco tin as well by tapping the arrow to see more options and by clicking the picture!
